Art Opening with Andrew Dvoracek
On Thursday October 15th we will once again have our monthly art opening from 6pm-8pm. This month we will feature the paintings of Andrew Dvoracek.

Andy strives to marry simple objects, ambiguous themes, intricate graphics, repeated images, and dramatic shadows. Toward this end, he tends to gravitate to acrylic paint, silk screening, and photo transferring. At the end of the day, his desire is to make something that is as fun and interesting for the viewer to look at as it was for him to create.
Mosley’s Art Opening a Big Success
Kelsey’s art opening and reception was a great success. Not only was it the most attended opening we have ever had but her parents were in town and she sold about 15 pieces. Not only that but everyone had a fantastic time!

Art Opening and Reception with Kelsey Mosley
This Thursday July 16th starting at 6pm we will celebrate the art of our own Kelsey Mosley. Mosley has been a barista at seven virtues since before we opened and has contributed artisticly ever since. Mosley’s art can be seen on the mural in the back of the shop and has been delighting customers with her outrageous latte art whether it is a reindeer or a humming bird.

Mosley’s most recent series of drawings and paintings is equal parts emotional exploration and scientific research. Her bird-like protagonists are equipped with vials of ink attached to their feet, which spread lines of color across the world like jet streams of hope. Her tight, technical penmanship is steeply contrasted by the expressive role of color and chance within her work. Mosley explores themes of loss, communication, and hope in an alternate universe cycling endlessly between death and rebirth.
