Seven Virtues Coffeehouse recently made the switch to French press coffee for all brewed coffee. Seven virtues serves Stumptown coffee, Nuvrei pastries and Kettleman bagels. We rotate our brewed coffee on a weekly basis and generally serve one African and one Central/South American coffee. We strive to make every shot of espresso perfect and do not hesitate to toss out a less than stellar shot.

We serve teas from local purveyor Foxfire Teas and use only organic syrups from CE Organics. We use local dairy Alpine Rose and strive to use only local products and although we have an extensive drink menu, we use products with as few ingredients as possible. Our mission is to provide high quality, local, organic & fair trade products!
